I like them prepared a few different ways:
Coleslaw only;
or
"Run through the garden," i.e., mustard, ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, relish, onions in red sauce and parmesan cheese;
or
Cheese only (shredded kind, put in the bun first, nuked for 10 seconds, then a "hot" hot dog put on to melt the rest.
And I like my dogs either grilled or sauteed in a little butter, never microwaved or boiled.
