The perfect hot dog has a line of yellow mustard on top then you put the onion on. The mustard holds the onion in place.

Another Chicago person who adds ketchup. I order mine Chicago style, no mustard, no onions, add ketchup. See my one tag, I also just squirt the pepper juice onto them, instead of eating the pepper.

jesse jones (red weenies) hotdog with steamed bun loaded with good old slaw. if i have to i can eat it with chilli and slaw but prefer just slaw. add a pepsi and you have a wonderful meal!

We like the Hummels, skinless in my house but I like mine half with yellow mustard & half with Guldens spicy brown because I can never decide which I like better.

Oh & I also like them when someone else cooks them.

With a pickle spear, chopped onion, and yellow mustard....Funny that is the only time I don't think yellow mustard is nasty.
