How do you keep track of offers?

Currently I am only doing SR. I had done CashDuck for a month or two before they closed down, but not a lot. Just a few offers a week. Now that CD is coming back up, I would like to get back into their offers as well as keep on with SR. But, I haven't figured out a good system of easily keeping track of the offers I have done so I don't duplicate on either site. How do you keep track? Thanks for you help!!

I do SR & QR, and I may jump back into Cash Duck when I get the time. Not too sure about all the feathers though....anyway....

I made an Excel Spreadsheet. I list the offer's name and who I did it thru (i.e., SR or QR), then I put the payout, the number of Tokens or QPs it pays, the cost (if any to me [i.e., paid trials]), and then, I have the spreadsheet figure out what my "net" reward will be.

You could also make another column for something like "notes." Just make whatever columns you think you will need.

I also asterisk the item when it has "paid." And, oh yeah--most importantly, I list the date I did the offer because sometimes you have to e-mail Dmitry over at QR to find out why your offers have cleared.

My spreadsheet has the following columns:

Date signed
Date credited
General info (here I cut & paste the terms and conditions of the offer)
Cancellation info (phone # or link I need to use to cancel)
Cancel by date
Net gain (Payout amount minus my investment)

I'm going to start to include the following somewhere too:
The username, password, and email address I used when signing up. I never worried about this too much bc. these are generally included in the welcome email from the company you signed to, but I've had several instances (dealing with one now!) where I've not received the welcome and couldn't log on to my account to look at the membership details w/o the specific username, password, etc.
