How do you jazz up your burgers?

mix relish into the raw meat and then cook

I hope that my son doesn't ever start reading the DIS. That kid puts relish on tacos. If he saw something about putting relish into the raw meat before cooking, I have a feeling that I would start having to make his burgers that way. Sounds like the idea burger for him.

I have to have Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce on my "meat" with american cheese slices! My dhs father used to get his ground "meat" with bacon ground in it. That was one heck of a good burger.

I say "meat" since in our house growing up it was venison and now it is morning star.

Lettuce, tomato, onion, american cheese, mayo, mustard, bacon (sometimes) and pickles (or jalapenos if I'm feeling spicy!!). :goodvibes

I add some finely chopped onion, minced garlic, a little parsley, fresh pepper, and chili sauce. Yum, yum! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc
