How do you guys pronounce "DIS'er"?

I know it seems like an odd question, but I work at Disneyland (I'm an "Entertainment Host," one of the uncostumed cast members who usher the atmosphere characters around...or I will be in three weeks after my training's done :-D ) and I'd love to be able to say hello to you lime-green folk. Knowing that my work is making someone's day is pretty much the best feeling in the world - and I'm guessing you guys LOVE getting called out as DIS'ers.

So is it pronounced:

"Dizzers"

or

"D-I-S'ers"

or something I haven't even worked out yet?

I assumed it was like "dizzers". I'm curious to know what others say.

We say, "Dizzers", also.
