Not sure what you mean. Can you be specific?

I get up at 5 am, get in my car at 5:30 am and get to the parks at 9-9:30 am.Is this what you were asking for?

Alot of people use more than one option. For instance, those that take a plane also either use the Magical Express, or rent a car, so I guess that is both.....

I live a little less than 9 hours away from WDW. I have never understood the financial aspect of flying when it cost me way less to drive. Now, I did fly to DL last year because there is no way I could have drove there, been able to do what I wanted to do and then get back in a week's time or less.

I've lived in FL my whole life. Don't think I've ever lived more than 4 hours from the parks.

Well I live in New York and the first two years I went I left at 2am and arrived in Orlando about 9pm. 19 hours straight through really takes a toll on you. The ride down is definetly not as bad as the ride home. Last year I took Southwest airlines for $49.00 dollars each way. It took about 2 hours to get to Orlando. We took a cab from the airport to a hotel because we arrived the night before check-in, We stayed on International Drive at the HOJO for one night and it cost about $70 for the taxi fare. The next day we hopped another cab from the HOJO to the Carribbean Beach resort. It cost about another $20.00 for cab fare. This year I had more time to plan. I am arriving a night early, taking the magic express to Disney's All Star Sports and then probably taking a cab to the Animal Kingdom Lodge the next day. I don't want to be without my luggage for an extended period while I am waiting for the conceirge to transfer it over. :bounce: :mickeyjum :donald: :goofy: :sulley: :stitch: :simba: :dumbo:

I hate flying, so we drive :thumbsup2 It probably costs us more to drive, but we've always enjoyed road trips.

plane for us no other way, although will consider making DH row a boat if it means we can go back next year. :rotfl:

first a plane (two even, no direct flight) and after that the express.... (and I always wish it would be one way... :sunny: ... but it is not :furious:

Plane only for us ! Wouldn't want to be driving 1-1 1/2 days to get there and then lose time off of the trip! :sunny:

How should I respond? We've been to WDW several times this past year. Twice we flew, using DME one time and a towncar service another time. 3 times we drove.

When I went last week I took a plane and then Magical Express. When I used to live in Florida, we drove because it was only 3 hours away.

Car! One perk of living about 2 hours south of Disney! Before that we took a plane then rented a car.

:dumbo: We take a plane and the rent a :car: car. No driving down for us takes to long. Would rather spend the time at WDW then driving.
