Does anyone know where the two palms at Cape Canaveral web cam is located? We would like to sit on the beach and watch as the Magic sails out. Or can someone recommend a better place to watch her sail out? Thanks TJHUTCH.
Oh - where it is located in real space, not cyber . . .
We stayed in Cocoa Beach this past Christmas and the best I can figure - it is between the beach at Jetty Park and the pier. Given the angle, it is probably one of the houses about a third of the way. by the pier, it is too far out and a different angle. Just my guess.
The best place to watch is the beach at Jetty Park. You can stand along the inlet to watch her come down from the port, then run down to the beach and watch for at least ten minutes till she is far out at sea.
DH and I were trying to figure that one out when we cruised on the Wonder in 2003. I just wonder how many locals know it's there. I don't know if it's obvious or sort of hidden. Surely someone here knows!
