We're going to be there in TWO weeks!!!!! :Pinkbounc

We've never tried Disney's Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens. We're staying onsite but won't have a car. Does Disney transportation take you there? Do you have to get a cab? HELP!

Directions to Fantasia via WDW buses:

You can get to Fantasia Gardents by taking WDW Resort transportation to the Dolphin, followed by a short walk from the hotel. If you take a boat to the Dolphin, go through the hotel to get to the parking lot entrance. It is across the street from here. If you take the bus to the Dolphin it's across the street. Either way, once you arrive at the Dolphin, inquire for directions. Use caution crossing the street on foot!

Direction to Winter Summerland via WDW buses:

Take a Disney transportation bus from your Disney hotel to Blizzard Beach. Bus transportation is available during Blizzard Beach operating hours. Guests may take Walt Disney World transportation directly to Blizzard Beach and walk to Winter Summerland. After Blizzard Beach closes and up until 9 p.m. nightly, guests can take the new bus route, which includes stops at All-Star Resorts, Blizzard Beach, and Epcot.

I have always had a rental with me at Disney, so I can't tell you how to get there. However, I did want to put my two cents in. For anyone who like Minigolf at all. These are a MUST DO!! I have done them all, and they are great. The last time I went they spaced each group by 10 minutes, so that you weren't rushed along, or standing waiting in a line. It was great. :cool1:

We went to Fantasia Gardens on one of our past trips and it was a blast. I can't wait until my kids are old enough for mini-golf. To get there we took a bus to the Swan/Dolphin from DTD and then you just walk across the street but be careful because it is a pretty busy street.

This is something we're going to do next month! We planned to do it in December, but we got involved in other things and were all the way back in New Jersey before we realized we'd missed it!

Is there anything else to do at these two places besides golf? How much is the golf?
TIA

Fantasia

We usually take the boat and get off at the Swan/Dolphin. It is quicker to go towards the pool area and take a left after that. When we went through the Lobby, it was a round about route.

The prices are $10.65 (including tax) per adult and $8.52(including tax) per child. There isn't anything else to do there but golf. At the Winter-Summerland course, If you want to play both courses in one evening the second one is half price.

They are a good thing to do either on the way in or the way out of Blizzard Beach. I agree they are excellent and should not be missed.
