How do you get these pins?

Does anybody know how you get the Fanytasyland, Frontierland, Adventureland and whatever other lands there are pins? I've seen people with Fantasyland pins and the others and I'm just wondering how you get them.

They are from in park quests done at WDW and DLR-

But you could probably trade for them fairly easily

What are inpark quests? You have to do to the actual park to get them?

Yes, you go to a Disney park and do a quest there to get a card with the code on it.

or come to my Quest, "Yoho! Help Santa Quest" and I am giving at least one of them as prizes...
