The green 50th chair was a one day special in the Emporium a couple of weeks ago. Nowyou will have to trade to get one.

I am not sure about the Skull Room codes. I heard that they stopped giving codes, but I believe after that someone reported that they were able to get them again. Maybe you could play and find out.
