How do you get the Mousesavers discount at eBags?

I saw on Mousesavers.com that we have a 20% discount at eBags. So I clicked the link, and I got the "Welcome MouseSavers.com Visitors! Enjoy 20% OFF your order today. Some restrictions apply" message. I read the restrictions, and none of them apply to my order. But when I check out, there is no discount. I put in my credit card and went all the way to final "Place my order" page, but no discount. Do I need a special code or something? 20% is a big discount!

I just tried it and got the same results as you did. Then I went to the top of the page and clicked on the Your Cart link and it showed the 20% discount off of the item that I had placed in my cart. I could then click on the "proceed to checkout" button further down the page. The rest of checkout went on with the 20% deducted from my total.
