How do you get the little pictures?

How do you get the little pictures under the the little bar on the left side of the site where it says Veteran ? I have been wondering that for a while now!!!!!!!!

1. Go to user cp at the top of the page
2. Go to edit options (it is towards the top again)
3. Go to change aviater (it is at the bottom of the page)
4. Select an aviater you like or upload your own
