How do you get pin codes?

I've gotten the Disney DVD (requested it). I've booked trips through Disney website and also saved some trip quotes to MDE. I know there is no 'sure' way of getting pins but I've NEVER gotten one....so: is there anything else out there that is recommended I do???

We've never gotten one either. We've been to WDW several times and have even been on a cruise.

We have another trip booked and another cruise booked in November and nothing... I gave up hoping... I figured that may get me a pin number
