How do you get on a "team?"

I am new to the WISH boards and was noticing team threads. How do you get on board with those? I would love to have some accountability in a group setting. Could someone pretty please fill me in??

You can join any team except for the Biggest Loser teams that are set. There is the 150's club, The Disappearing Peeps thread and a new on that just started that I don't remember the name of. Just jump on and reply to the thread. The threads have been pretty quiet recently but after the 1str of the year they will pick up.

Yes, join in anywhere except the Biggest Loser thread, unless you want to cheer them on to the finish. They are ending their challenge soon.

With the resolutions of the New Year things will pick up and I hope that there will be lots of excitement and support for those looking to make things healthier. I WISH you success in your quest.

We could all use the support through the good and rough times for each other. There is also a thread for journaling and making yourself accountable to you. Some people like to use that for their own needs.
