How do you get off the dont mail/e-mail list

I have called reservations beginning last week, after finding all the wonderful info on this site, to check to see if I had a code on my name, not yet. I also checked, because of advise of another member, to see if I was on the don't mail/e-mail list, well I was. I got the cm from last week to change that and went to the web page and update my info there as well. Well I've called 3 times since then to see if a code has appeared, not yet, and decided today to asked about the don't list. The cm today checked and I was still on the list. Asked him to chane it and he said he did, told him about calling last week and he said something may have been wrong with the system. He exited my info and then brought it up again and said the don't mail/e-mail had been updated and was gone. So my question is do you really think its gone and is there another way to get it removed? Would really like the discount for our 10th anniversary and son's 5th birthday trip, especially since the last time we went was our honeymoon.

I will call again tomorrow and check, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

I fought that for a year! They would do the same thing to my account. Change the info, log out and log back in to make sure the information updated. The CM would tell me it if off of my account, but when I called back the next day, it was always there. I emailed Disney and after several emails back and forth with different people, it was finally fixed. Or so they tell me.

You're going to have to email them, because calling got me absolutely nowhere. I even spoke to Guest Relations and TEK support when I called and they were not able to help me.

I wish you all the luck, because it was an absolute mess to get this taken care of.
