How Do You Get Jack Sparrow Costume?

I couldn't install shockwave in my computer for almost a year. When I came back on, the Jack sparrow costume was out and i had no clue where to get it.

I think you have to play the plundering game on the potc website. It seems to be luck of the draw though, you may get the costume, or you may get a different prize. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone here will correct me. Good Luck!
