How do you float???

I saw some people floating around the haunted mansion (inside). Well, not exactly floating, because their feet were still on the ground. Perhaps "gliding" is a more appropriate word. Does anyone know how this is done? Thanks!

hmm, well idk- the only "gliding people" I have ever seen in the Haunted Mansion are the 3 ghosts that u can get credits from. You sure it wasn't that??

dont worry your not alone for i have seen it also several times 0_o i thought maybe i was seeing things and lost my mind XD but yea i would call it gliding, since they are sliding across the floor without actully walking.

Seems to be a bug. I've seen myself glide a few times. I take a few steps then glide a few steps, then back to walking. I didn't do anything other than click to move to another part of the room.

LOL! I think people know how to control it, because one boy was gliding around and saying, "Look at me float!" He would stop and then start again. There must be a way to do it on purpose, but I can't figure it out. Maybe I need floating lessons...

this just happened and it is still happening!!i am sliding around the floor of my own room and it keeps ong oping and going

i figured out how to slide in any room!!(guest room not place)You have to go int he teleporter and i suggest u use coffin.once it opens and u see the red,walk somewhere else and u shuld start sliding.it worked for me.

P.S.you will slide for a short amount of time and if u try to walk somewhere,you wont go there

I have been told that people have seen me float (glide?) in the Haunted Mansion rooms. I have yet to see myself do this, oh how I wish I could! But I have seen others do it. Seems to be a bug.

I saw one girl do the float today. She was dancing at the bottom floor (i forget which room - it's the one with the stairs) and then floated backwards (in moonwalk fashion) up the stairs and to the left until she exited the room. Perhaps dancing has something to do with it?

Hmm, I tried dancing and you do glide a bit, but it does look like you are dancing and gliding, not sort of floating. Thanks for all of the replies!

Moonwalk!!!!Woot!!LOL I think I've glided before, so I've been told. But, if I can remember right, I was walking and HOLDING down the right mouse button.Hope it helps!

I have found the secret to gliding !

If you click on another player and they start to move.........they will glide for awhile........The ghosts say something about catching your opponent and getting double points......that is probably for the HM game........but I tried it in the HM rooms and people started to glide !

Works for me !
