How do you find discounts?

I have seen people mentioning discount codes or PIN codes .... what do I need to do to find them or get them?!?!

Pins are a random thing. Kind of like pixie dust sprinkled on you by Disney. Some will say you can get them by saving (but not booking) offers on the disney site, some by joining the Disney Movie Club, some by being on the Disney site a lot, but it really seems to be a random thing.

Discounts are generally under special offers on the Disney website, offered to Disney Visa holders, or by your Travel Agent, AAA, or the like.

Monitor the WDW web site and check "Special Offers" link for current discounts.
Mousesavers.com posts all discounts on their web site too.
