how do you earn your ears??

I am confused... How do you get your ears?? Do they just show up?? I think I am past 75 posts...

It won't show "earning my ears" under your name cause you have a personalized one "In debt to Disney". You can't have a personal one if you want it to show the earning my ears , mousketeer, etc

I'm a TA. We earn our ears by studying and passing "tests" to show how much we know about WDW! The same way a cast member has to (well, not quite).
