how do you countdown? change from month to week to day?

Next to our computer has been a piece of paper counting down the months since we were at 11mos and were able to book our cruise using points. At 12.5 wks it changed to counting down week. When can I start counting down days? As of right now it's 37.5 - lol
DH is gonna have a fit when he sees the days counting down but hey the suitcases have been laying here for a while now and they're half packed!

How about year to year! LOL!! However you want to add, we started out 26 months or 113 weeks or 800 days! Can't wait...
