How do you copy and paste countdown?

At the risk of showing everyone my lack of computer knowlege, how do you copy and paste those countdowns fromTickerFactory.com or elsewhere (it's the copy and paste bit l don't know how to do - never learnt how to do it for e-mails either. Told you l lack computer knowlege. So step by step guide please.

to copy and paste the easiest way is to highlite what you want C&Ped ( left click and drag over entire info you want) .The with it highlighted you right click it and do the Copy.Once you get where you want it pasted you angain left click for your prompt then right click and paste .

oops!! Think l did somethingwrong there.

Go to the top of the page and click on User CP. Then click on Edit Signature, and copy and paste your countdown into the box.

Mary-Ellen, that happened to me and soembody else very kindly sorted it for me - I couldn't get the ticker to appear, only all that letters and symbols, I will look back through the threads and try to remember who it was - they may be able to help you too.
