How do you claim your included mug?

This is the first time that we'll be getting the refillable mug included with the DDP and I was just wondering about how you claim it. Do you get a voucher for it in your paperwork or at check in? We're staying at the BC and my understanding is the BC Marketplace is where they'll be but I wasn't sure what we have to show to redeem it. Thanks for the help!

No vouchers, no paper. You'll have a "mug credit" encoded on your KTTW card just like your dining credits.

At the CR you just pick it up at the Contemp Cafe, just show them your KTTW card
