Do you carry them in a pocket, in a lanyard pouch or where? How secure are those lanyard pouch things from Disney? Does only one person in your group carry them all or does each person carry their own?
Thanks :)

I got a lanyard pouch from Walmart. It was about 97 cents. It has one sections that has a "zipper" and it has an open pocket. I carry all KTTW cards and all fast passes.

The lanyard on these are thin and lightweight. I have never had a problem with them. While riding the roller coasters, I tuck the lanyard inside my shirt so it doesn't go flying off somewhere.

I agree...purchase a lanyard with a zipper. As Disney magic goes, we won 4 different prizes during "year of a million dreams" and one of the prizes were the "...million dreams" lanyards. It had a tight pocket, but my KTTW card fell out on the Dinosaur ride. Fortunately the person behind me saw it. Now, my husband keeps all of our cards. We are a family of 4. I do not recommend keeping them in your wallet. Credit cards...etc. could fall out during the mad rush to the FP machine! lol :rotfl2:

I am always anal about loosing them, so I have a small zippered wallet that fits into my shorts pocket. I attach it to my belt loop with a metal clip and slip it into my pocket. In the wallet I carry my ID, cash, KTTW, park tickets, insurance info, picture of DS (in case he gets lost), fastpasses, etc. Everything else goes in the park bag. It is a great system because I never have to dig to get what I need.

We make our room keys non charging and i keep them in a pocket. The park tickets are all kept my be in my wallet. Since they are 10 day hoppers no expire they are worth a not so small fortune. The wallet then goes in a leg pocket rather then in a waist level pocket (i wear cargo pants or shorts). This way they have to bend down and unzip the pocket and i hope i would notice that much contact... You are right to be concerned. WDW is an ideal location for a pick-pocket.

I wear a passporter pouch that I got at www.passporter.com

It holds my AP, room key, Driver's license, insurance card, emergency credit card (got used once when my room key was messed up and I couldn't charge our 150.00 dinner to it so I had to use my credit card and now carry one all the time just in case.) 50.00 in cash for the carts that don't take the room key.

Band aids go in it so does moleskin. Index cards with the plans for the day, the sheet with the park hours on it that I get at the resort when checking in.

And I used to be able to carry my cell phone in it but my Droid is now too big too fit.

I am the fast pass person for my family so I usually carry all the room keys. But I've noticed that my husband and son have started going off by themselves so I probably won't be carrying theirs all the time anymore.

I have a small across-the-body purse that I put them in (a more flattering alternative to a fanny pack!). My pass goes in the small wallet I carry, inside the purse. I've never wanted to wear a lanyard; I'm fairly large in the chest, and don't like the idea of a lanyard sitting right on my chest! The across-the-body purse strap is longer, so the purse sits at my hip instead.

Solo commando style touring, lanyard with room key, ticket, debit card, and $40 cash. Avoiding security line especially helpful when park hopping.

Family touring, cross body Le SportSac with multiple pockets for necessities as posted by others above.

My wife and I each have a lanyard. I usually keep al the KTTW cards and my wife with keep the fastpasses. Our's are quite secure and waterproof, so I even keep a small amount of cash in them as well

Plastic pouch on my lanyard. It held up to 4 cards (I had my KTTW and three MNSSHP tickets), some cash, and any fastpasses I had. I need a new one, though.

If I don't want to carry a bag, I use a Vera Bradley zip ID on a lanyard around my neck. If I do carry a bag, I just unclip it from the lanyard and put it in a Vera Bradely minihipster. The zip ID is just big enough to hold my annual pass, room key, a credit card, driver license, $20.00 bill, and my small camera. It has a slot that seperates the camera from the other stuff in front, but is still very small and compact.

I usually carry a string bag in the park. In that bag, my camera, meds, sunscreen, sunglass case. In addition I put our KTTW cards, Drivers lisc, cash and sometimes CC in one of the thin rectangular plastic waterproof cases sold in the waterparks, & on the ship. I attach a laynard to it, so all i hace to do is reach in and grab the laynard. this has worked so well @ WDW that we do this anytime I carry a string bag on trips. ie ballgames, 6 flags, carowinds, etc. DH always knows what he's looking for and we don't have to worry about losing billfold, wallets or even pick pockets because I think we'll notice if someone is pulling the bag open trying to find a wallaet :)

I use a very slim card-holder that I use here at home for my bus passes and tickets. It doesn't hold a lot of cards, enough for my credit card, bank card, KTTW card and sometimes the Photopass card (if DW doesn't hold it.) There is a little slit-pocket to put fastpasses into, and it easily fits in my front pocket. Sometimes the photopass card sits in my front shirt pocket, if I have one, and it's a button one. DW carries the kid's KTTW cards, I only do when on a fastpass run.

When we go to Disney its just my DS (15) and I so we travel pretty light. I often wear a fanny pack that I wear in the front over my stomache - not great looking but useful and I'm not at Disney to find a date :rotfl: In my fanny (belly) pack there is a small zippered pocket on the inside that rests against my stomache and that is where I keep our KTW cards and fast passes. Sometimes when we go back to the parks for evening extra magic hours I don't even take the fanny pack and then I put them in a pocket that buttons closed either in my shorts or often in my sons as he prefers cargo shorts. However, now that you have to show your KTW card for every ride for EMH I may get some of the lanyards to make that easier...

I use a disney lanyard pouch but do not use the Lanyard part. The disney ones(which I got off ebay and have used for about 5 years) come with a clip as well as the sting that goes around your neck. I remove the string and use the clip to clip to my belt loop. They zip so nothing can fall out but also have a front pocket. I found that I can fit my iPhone in the front pocket of the pouch. My husband and I both carry one. I keep my id, KTTW(for myself and kids) and everyone's tickets/fastpasses in mine. My husband carries his id and KTTW card in his. I used to keep everything but it became a pain if one of us wanted to purchase something and the other one was not standing right there.

i keep my kttk card in my pin lanyard that way when I do EMH at night the cm's can see the card and i dont have to keep getting it out of a pocket or bag. alot of the cm's commented on this too

just a reminder keep the key card away from cell phones incase the phone comes in contact with the card and makes in un usable and will have to go to guest services to fix it
