Hi everyone,
As we all probably know, the dining reservation booking site is down today. When I called, I was told it would be up by 10 am. I forgot to ask what time zone the CM was talking about, but it's past 10 on the east coast and it's still down.
So I will be at WDW next week. And I can't help but think: if I have a reservation guaranteed with a credit card, how would I cancel it if the site is down? How would I avoid being charged?
My experience with all of Disney's "maintenance" of their web sites, is that it always takes longer than they say it will, and they always need to take it down again shortly after they took it down the first time, to fix whatever they screwed up the first time!
Thanks for any help for anyone who knows how these things get handled.
