I believe by making 500 posts. I'm sure someone else knows for sure.

Yes it is different levels. Stahshee you will not get them automatically because you put something else beneath your name.

You cannot become a Dis Veteran because you put 4 princesses mommy where it would go.

When you reach 500 posts you are a Dis Cast Member. I don't think it is a certain number of posts you need to become a Dis Veteran, but a certain number of months you've been a member instead. I really don't know for sure though.
