Normally, not an issue, right?
Well, with my work and school projects both reaching a major point this week, I've been getting very little sleep the past couple of nights -- since Friday, actually. Right now, I'm running on caffiene and adrenaline, otherwise I'd be out cold I'm so tired. That always makes me very susceptible to colds and such.
Naturally, my roommate was in today with a cold (cold, flu, virus, whatever...she's sick).
She was out both Friday and yesterday so she's been sick at least 48 hours (I know she mentioned trying some OTC medication Sunday, so know she's at least had it that long). I only had about an hour and a half in the same room with her before I left to go to the university for a meeting, and she had left for the day before I got back.
I can't afford to get sick right now. Any suggestions on how to ward off those cold bugs? Besides going to bed early tonight, which is the first night since Thursday that I'll be able to.
