How do you add a screen shot on a thread?

Ok, I have seen that you have to save it in paint, or somehting like that, but then you have to go to image station. What do you do in image station? Im confused!

If you take a screen shot by pressing the "Print Scrn" button located above the "insert" button you can then go to paint and click on the "edit" next to "file" on the top of the screen. The go down and click "paste". Once the picture comes up, crop it and do what you want with it. Save it using "save as" and then go to www.imageshack.us and click "browse" once you open the saved picture click "host" on the page. Wait for it to load. Once it comes up highlight the hotlink for forums 1 (I think it is called hotlink. It is he first one under the picture) then copy it. Now you can go to post it on the boards by simply right clicking and "pasting" it when you go to type your post. You do not need to use "picture" just paste it.
