How Do We Transfer From Pop to BWV?

We are first time renters and are staying Saturday to Saturday at BWV. We are considering comming down Friday because we can get a direct flight, and staying the first night at Pop. My question is how do you transfer from hotel to hotel? Does Disney provide a shuttle or do you have to get there on your own via taxi or other means? If it's a big hassle we probably won't bother with it.

Disney will transfer your luggage for you, but it will take several hours for them to arrive at the new location. Call bell services.

As far as you going over to check-in, you are on your own. You can take the busses and transfer at a park or DtD, or take a cab.

I do exactly what you want to do all the time 1st nught in a value then off to DVC. I get up early before everyone wakes up..... (take a Taxi lots less time consuming aka worth the extra money) and I go check in over at the BWV.... By the time I get back everyone is showering/getting dressed. A simple call to bell services to pick up the bags then off to the parks. Get back to BVW @ roughly 3:00PM and (hopefully room is ready) call bell services again and poof you are transferred! It is truly that easy!

Whatever you do - don't take the bus to Downtown Disney and transfer - it will take forever and I speak from experience.

You can take the bus to MGM and either walk over to BWV or take the boat to BWV. Disney will transfer the luggage.

This is exactly what we do. We take bus to MGM and either walk or boat it to BWV !! Easy as pie.

We did this in August. We spent the first night at Pop and then were spending the next 5 nights at BCV. We just got up early, and packed our bags (brought them with us) and got a taxi (they are always there waiting). It did not cost much, and we checked in to BCV early -- I don't think our room was ready, but from there we went to the parks and had our bags brought up when we got back and got our room.
