I have my guide's recent business card. There's three phone numbers on it but no e-mail.
Either they are technically way behind the curve which I doubt, or they would rather do business by phone.
E-mails are a permanent record while phone calls aren't.

I've been told it's DVD's policy not to have the guides email you. You can email them if you know their email, some will give it out, others will not. Email me directly and I'll give you a clue how to figure out their email.
