How do we all present ME booklet if we're not on same flight?

Good news is that I got two ME packets today containing luggage tags and flight info (with only one minor mistake) for all six of us who are flying to Orlando in November (23 days to go!). But I have two questions:
(1)The enclosed brochure says to bring it with you to the counter...obviously with two brochures and SIX passengers (all on different flights to MCO!), not everyone will have the entire packet (of course I will have gotten their luggage tags to them in advance). I am assuming I will just photocopy the brochure for the others to present at the airport check in desk???
(2)And then I was just wondering what letters show on your ME tags (on Mickey's ears)? Mine say "DD" which i am guessing means Downtown Disney? We are staying at Old Key West so perhaps the "DD" indicates the route for the ME bus..grouped with other resorts close to Downtown Disney. Have not seen this mentioned before but perhaps I just missed something!

I don't think you'll have any problems. I used DME without a booklet in August since I booked about 6 days before my trip...no way could they get it to me in time!!! But, I was in the system and they gave me my stamped voucher for the return trip. It should work the same for you guys. You take what you have and get checked in at the DME desk area. Then, as others come in, they should do the same thing. They should be able to get their vouchers for the return trip the same as I did. And everyone will be given a stamped coupon for the bus ride to the resort. If you don't have the booklet it's not a big deal.

I do believe the DD stands for Downtown Disney. OKW is considered a DD resort, as is POR and PORFQ. At least they used to be.

Thanks for the encouragement...I actually already got return vouchers for everyone in the original packets so can distribute those in Orlando. I was pleasantly surprised to get everything so promptly (and mostly accurate) and far enough ahead of the trip to let me mail luggage strips to my fellow travelers! I'm sure it will work out fine.
