How do they show credit for 11 year old?

I was wondering if anyone knew what the card will say for two adults, a ten year old and and an 11 year old. Will it be 2 A and 2 juniors? Do you think it will be 4 adults? Thanks.

Yea my son was 11 on our last trip with free dining and it said he was an adult
