In all my excitment about getting the news that my braces are coming off I totally forgot to ask how they take them off. Now I'm getting nervous if it's going to hurt. Don't get me wrong I'm more excited than scared I'm just wondering if anyone can remember what they did to get them off? How do they take off the brackets that are around the molars? And could you try and walk me through it? I can't believe I forgot to ask my orthodontist. And usually I can't stop asking questions. Thank You to anyone who can tell me anything.

) but having them taken off actually felt like a release and there was no pain at all. They use some sort of special tool to take the ones off the molars. I don't remember what it was called, but it kind of separated the ring so that it could come off easily. Seeing the end result (beautiful, straight teeth!) makes it even better!
