How do they hand out the Coast to Coast medals?

Do you get this right after you finish the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon?
Do you have a wrist band on that tells them you should receive the medal (after getting your Disneyland one)?

You get them right after the completion of the race. If I remember correctly, you had a wristband that identified you as a C2C'er & you got the medal when presented.

That's what I remember....kind of like Goofy, you get the race medal then head over to another line for the C2C.
