How do the intensity levels of It's Tough to be a Bug and Honey I Shrunk the Audience

Just wondering, as the last time we experienced ITTBAB my DDs felt like they were being assaulted. They're older now, but still will not attempt this attraction (I wasn't too thrilled myself, especially with the "spraying"). Because of this experience, I'm having a hard time convincing them that Honey will be fun. My younger DD is a daredevil and my older DD is a little more cautious (11 and 13, respectively); would you recommend this movie? Any opinions?

I think that Honey, I Shrunk the Audience is much more intense. There is a scene in which mice "escape" a cage and "run around" your feet. You essentially get touched by long strands of hair on your ankles and the backs of your legs to simulate mice. There is a snake that is a 3D effect as well. You also get sprayed with water. I also think that HISTA is louder the ITTBAB. I would think that you may want to bypass this if they didn't like ITTBAB.

However, don't let that stop you from seeing the wonderful MuppetVision. The effects are much milder. I could watch this one over and over, but I can honestly say I'm getting tired of HISTA and ITTBAB.

2 years ago when my kids were 5 & 2, they did HISTA, no problem. Last year at 6 & 3 they were petrified in ITTBAB. WE even had to leave...along with their friends 6 & 4 who are a lot more daring and brave than my kids. I think they would go back on HISTA now, but not ITTBAB.
