how do mypoints webcertificates

arrive? are they paper and mailed or are they emailed????

my account shows it 'fulfilled' on 11/01 and i haven't received anything yet?

They are emailed. and often times for whatever reason, that email goes into the junk folder, even if your regular my points mail goes in your inbox. they will mail you a link to web certificates where you will sign up and establish an account, then the certificate will link up and the money will appear in your account. Beware that there is a servoce fee charged for inactivity, so one the money is there, use it quick! The fee kickes in after 6 months (I think)
