How do my dining reservations look?

We'll have 4 full days at Disney. We're there with a meeting so we'll have some meetings with the group. Here is my schedule:

Saturday - 7:45 breakfast at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort (buffet)
no lunch reservation - counter service?
5:30 Private Group Pirate & Princess Party

Sunday - 8:00 Group prayer breakfast
no lunch reservation - counter service?
6:00 pm Group Super Bowl Party

Monday - no breakfast reservation - cafe at hotel or counter service?
10:10/10:20 Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Bootique Reservations
12:20 lunch reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table
5:30 dinner with Winnie the Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace

Tuesday - no breakfast reservation
10:00 Private group character breakfast
no lunch reservation
5:30 Group reception/banquet

My only concern would be Monday. You have a TS lunch at CRT followed by an earlyish dinner at CP. That would be too much food, too close for me. JMHO.

I agree. That would be too much food for me as well, doing lunch at 12:20 then dinner at 5:30. Perhaps you can push dinner back to 7:00ish.
