How do I turn on my clipart?

I cant see my countdown timer and someone said my clipart might be turned off. If ot is how do i turn it on???

To make sure you have clipart turned "on" click at the top of the page on "USER CP." Then click "EDIT OPTIONS." Then scroll down to about the 10th item and make sure that "Show user's signatures in their posts?" is clicked to YES. Go down to the bottom of the page and click "submit modifications."

I've been thinking a bit more, and if you can see other people's pictures, but just not the timers, then your clipart is probably turned on. So, there's gotta be another problem then if that's the case. Looking up a bit of info on the timers they are JavaScript enabled so if you don't have that on your computer you won't be able to see them. Now as for how to make sure you have JavaScript enabled and running the most up to date version, I'm not 100% sure, I'd recommend you ask over on the tech board.
