How do I thank a CM

Not sure where to put this, so I will try this area. We had a CM that went above and beyond during our recent trip to WDW. My DD9 had a medical emergency and she was so gracious to assist us. Now I would like to send a thank you to her, or to the company, as I know how little gratitude actually goes into our personnel files at work. Any idea on how to send this? She worked at Guest Services at Epcot. Any help would be great.
