How do I tell what dinner seating I have?

On my DCL confirmation, my time for dinner seating says MAIN. Does anyone know if this is the early or late seating? We are traveling with a 2 year old and were hoping to get the earlier time.

Main = 6:00pm
Late = 8:30pm
