I KNOW this is wrong but I can't seem to shift the head knowledge to action.
I can't seem to lose weight, and when I get depressed about it, I crave carbs. Which leads to...well, you know.
Any suggestions? I get so angry with myself because in my head this is such a stupid question! JUST STOP. But I can't seem to make that into reality.

I think we've all been there, personally I've been there many times. I would say you have to find a support network and take it one day at a time. Don't try to change everything at once. It works for some, but most people seem to have trouble maintaining lots of changes at once. Pick one thing to work on and go from there. For instance I gave up diet soda and started exercising. Giving up the soda has really helped with my carb cravings, and I find every week that goes by I'm eating healthier and healthier.
