How do I say Teppan Edo?

I call for ADRs next Friday and I THINK I've decided on giving Teppan Edo a try. Ive read some great reviews of the place, and it will be nice to try somewhere different. How do I pronounce the name of it? I dont want to sound silly.

Hmmmm...well the first word I am sure is pronounced:
Tep.....like Pep
Pan.....like Pen (kind of a softer a then the harder a of say Peter "Pan")

2nd word is how I THINK it's pronounce, but I could be wrong:
Edo....long EEE, then doe (as in dear, a female dear!)

Edo = AAA (long A) doe

As with the op, the E in Edo is a short sounding e like Ado. Just got off the phone after making my ADR there and that is how the CM said it.

No, Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki - the hibachi style restaurant. Tempura Kiku was the counter service place in Japan, wasn't it?
