How do I request a certain room?

Am staying @ the WL villas.going this Sunday,have seen several posts regarding requests for particular rooms.What's the best way to make such a request? Would a fax prior to arrival work?

According to allearsnet, WL no longer accepts faxed room requests. Read the following link:

As stated WL does not accept faxes. It is very hard to get a particular room. I would simply request something more general in nature and less specific and have it noted on your reservation with CRO.
