How do I rent out Banked Points?

How do I go about renting banked points? I now know that they can not be transfered. Do I have find out if the dates they want are free or does the buyer?

Post an offer to rent a reservation on the Rent/Trade Board and wait to be contacted by a renter or respond to a request for a reservation made by someone else.

You will need to check availability, since a non-member doesn't have the ability to do that for a reservation made using points. You would then make a reservation in their name and make whatever payment agreement is appropriate between the two of you.

Also make sure when you rent your banked points its for a stay after your new use year begins....when those banked points become available again.
So if you post make sure you say ..example: I have 300 points a SSR available for stays after March 1st.
