How do I rent a scooter?

With the price of ECV rentals going up (way, way up), we've opted to rent from an outside company. We will need it for 4 days. What companies have you used? Do they deliver the chair to your resort? And most of all...can we do this without going broke?

Pretty much any of the companies listed in the FAQ's Sticky http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=595713 are ok. I've used both Walker & Randy's, and I think I give Randy's a slight edge. But, both are reasonably priced. Randy's requires you to be there at the time of delivery & at the time of picking up the ECV, Walker does not.

We've used Walker's three times and have always had good luck. Highly recommend them! We'll be using them again in Sept.

We will probably need one for each of my parents. Do you think 2 will fit in the back of a Suburban? Will the companies listed rent 2 to a family?

They might fit in a Suburban, if you can let the last row of seats down. We fit 2 in the back of a Toyota Sienna. We had to tak out the 3rd row and let down one of the bucket seats in the second rom, but we fit them in without taking them apart.

Yes, they will rent 2 to a family, that is what i have to do, because mom adn I both use one.
