Here is their e-mail wdw.contemporary.concierge@disney.com or you can call them at this #407-824-1775.

Also for the record you are not actually e-mailing or calling the Contemporary. Anything that they do before you arrive is done by their IPO office, which has nothing to do with the Cast Members who work on the Atrium Club or Tower Club floors.
