How do I put photos in my posts

I have tried this so many times and still cannot get my photos into my posts on the Disboards. Anyone that could help, please !!!

Open an account at www.photobucket.com and upload your pics there. Once you do, there will be 4 codes. Post the last code and your pic will show up!

I can't get that to work from here... Is there any other way to insert your pictures into the posts>
