How do I post a picture.... er, a "fluffy" picture....

I am technologically challenged and want to post a picture from an internet catalog.

Can someone give me a step-by-step tutorial?

This may be difficult for me so I'd better go get a piece of that "fluff" cake.....

Take a look at the tech board. There are step by step instructions for posting pics, countdown clocks, and all kinds of cool stuff!
