How do I order an AP Voucher?

I would like to book a AP Discount for end of January - but we don't have a current AP (ours is expired) and I can't get through the website without the pass number. I understand that if I order an AP Voucher, I'll have the right number, but don't have to activate it until we go - is that correct? How do I go about ordering the voucher? Thanks!

Hi, I just went throught the same thing. Go to the Disney website and get to the page where you order tickets. There you can choose the reg annual pass or the premium annual pass - you only need the regular on for room discounts. Just choose the pass you want, pay for it with a credit card and the voucher will come in the mail. Mine came in about a week. The card will have all the numbers on it to use for ap discounts on the room. When I got to the MK the first day I went to guest services to activate my pass. It will expire in one year from that day (or maybe the day before that day.) You should order the Disney Dining Experience card too after you get your voucher($50.00 with an annual pass) to receive 20% off your sit down meals. It is also good for one year and it saved us a lot of money. You will also need the number from your annual pass.

As in all Disney does, it was very easy to buy the AP. I ordered mine last Thurs. and got it in the mail yesterday. So easy to spend $$$$$$$$$$$$$ with Disney. I am going on 9/1, if I order the DDE now, will I get it in 3 weeks, or should I just wait and order a couple days before I leave and pickup at Epcot?
Thanks,

Thanks,
If it were me, I'd orer a few days before I left and pick up the temporary card at EPCOT. That way, I'd be sure that my DDE card would match the term of my AP. We try to schedule our annual trips so that we can get 2 trips worth of park admission off one AP. That means we schedule them 50 or 51 weeks apart. I want my DDE card to work for both trips, too.

Best wishes-

Thanks for the advice, I think that's what I'll do. I will be going Sept., Dec., and June of next year. I'll get my money's worth.
