I have a part time job, I get paid for the billing I submit for the patients I see.
so when I work its for the time associated with the billing codes.
I see patients in a couple different facilities.
every so often I will meet up with the woman who is in charge of me...just to catch up discuss cases etc.... so when I meet up with her, she always submits the time as admin time.

the last time I met with her to discuss things she was to put it in as admin time but she never did, it was back in the middle of october.
I can tell on my check because it is separate from my billing, it says admin time if there is any and the amount
I want to remind her, but I don't want it to come across in a bad way, you know?

so how would you remind her?

You could bring it up and blame it on a payroll oversite. That way she doesn't feel like you are saying she messed it up.

Thats a great idea :thumbsup2
and actually it could have been the reason, a few weeks ago I was missing pay for 2 patients I saw, and it was an oversight, they added them to my next check.
she is always asking me about any billing issues.
good idea:)

The fact that Payroll was already slow once makes it even easier. :)
