How do I make spa reservations at SSR?

I have called twice to make spa reservations at SSR and all I get is a recording saying to leave a message. I have left a message but no one calls me back. What do I do now?

I haven't had any problems with people calling me back. I guess just keep trying

It took me a few times to get in touch with a real person. The last message that I left mentioned just how many times I've called before. Eventually, someone did call back.

I called this afternoon and made appts with no problems, yes there was a wait but isn't that typical for all things Disney?

hopefully this isn't indicative of the service in the spa overall. that's an immediate turnoff, that no one answers the phone or calls back

How frustrating, if they are still not returning your calls you could try sending them a message online through http://www.relaxedyet.com/ Click on make a reservation and it takes you to the contact page.

Interesting. I called and made an appointment for my wife and daughter on our most recent trip (last month) and had no problems connecting with a live person. Btw, my wife and daugher loved it. DW got a swedish massage and DD9 had a pedicure done with cute mini mickey head/ears painted on her big toes.

The list of services and prices is at http://www.relaxedyet.com/ There is a DVC discount which from memory I believe was 10%. They also do special discounts on certain treatments at some of the spas (which varies) for DVC members which can be found in the Perks book that you are given when checking in.

I would call right when they open. My guess it that it is the therapists that answer the phones, and they maybe be busy. Remember, the spas are not run by Disney, so don't expect the exact same level of service.
